TEAM WARMUP
DYNAMIC WARMUP AND STRETCHING THAT IS DONE TOGETHER AS A TEAM. THIS INCLUDES PLAYER MOVEMENT IN THE UPPER AND LOWER BODY TO HELP INCREASE MUSCLE FLEXIBILITY, CARDIOVASCULAR BLOOD FLOW, AND PHYSICAL ENDURANCE.

EDUCATION OF A SKILL
SKILL CONCEPTS ARE BUILT WHILE TEACHING PLAYERS THE TECHNIQUE AND HAVING THEM REP THE TECHNIQUE IN PRACTICE. BUILDING SKILLS IS LIKE BUILDING A HOUSE, YOU MUST FIRST HAVE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS AS YOUR FOUNDATION AND THEN BRICK BY BRICK THE HOUSE (IE, PLAYER) IS BUILT UPON SKILLS.

APPLICATION OF A SKILL
SKILLS ARE APPLIED THROUGH CATCH PLAY AND "EVERYDAY'S" WITHIN THE PRACTICE FOCUS. EACH PRACTICE AT THE FACILITY OR THE FIELD WILL FEATURE THE SAME FUNDAMENTAL APPLICATION OF SKILLS THAT ARE LEARNED SO THAT PLAYERS INSTINCTIVELY KNOW THE TECHNIQUE.

MENTAL MUSCLE EXERCISE
PLAYER IQ FOCUSED EXERCISES THAT INCLUDES TESTING THE SITUATIONAL KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, OR CHALLENGING THE PLAYER TO HELP THEM MASTER THEIR MINDSIGHT AND BUILD CHARACTER.
