DREAM Team Stretching Routines

10 Yard Lane. Aerobic to stationary stretches. Stretching routine for all teams from now on. Will be done at Training Track on Friday. Distance in the movements should be roughly 20 yards. 

Legs and Body:

  • 50%
  • Knee hugs.
  • Quad pull with reach.
  • Hamstring sweep.
  • Figure Four.
  • Lunge and reach.
  • Lunge and twist.
  • Side-side middle.
  • Arm swings.
  • High knees.
  • Butt kicks.
  • Bounding.
  • 50% S-Sprint.
  • 75% S-Sprint.
  • 100% S-Sprint.

Arms:

  • Arm Circles.
  • Trunk twists.
  • Arm Across chest.
  • Arm Over the top.
  • Chicken Wing.
  • Forearm extension.

Cones:

  • 5-10-5.
  • 5 point sprint.
  • Around the square.
