PITCH LAB 4-WEEK COURSE ($100)
The target class Size is only 5 students. A new 4 week courses starts at the beginning of each month! This course is taught by one our DREAM Team Staff Coaches.
DREAM Team Baseball is offering a Pitch Lab Training course for developing pitchers (9U-12U)!
This 4 week course will help your player become a more efficient pitcher with having a lower pitch count. Each week will focus on a different aspect of pitching with the help of our optical technology called Rapsodo and the Mustard app. Each week will include a brief recap from the previous week and then will tackle a new aspect of learning how to master the art of pitching (Content Topics are listed below).
- Week 1: Pitch Grip
- Week 2: Pitch Mechanics
- Week 3: Pitch Location
- Week 4: Pitch Sequencing
The course content includes:
Rapsodo Pitching Metrics
Players will use their own Rapsodo profiles to see their pitching metrics.
- Location, location, location! You'll be able to physically see where each pitch lands and how to hit your spots.
- Analyze your pitching mechanics rep after rep in slow motion with immediate video feedback and Rapsodo data overlay.
- Understand Pitch Movement (aka pitch tunneling): Get release point and ball flight comparisons for different pitches.
- Understand Pitch Design as it relates to certain pitch grips which make the pitcher more confident in understanding how pitch grips affect movement and pitch outcomes.
