Thank you for choosing DREAM Team Sports Center for your player's development. We value your business and ask that you please respect our facility scheduling policies.

At DREAM Team Sports Center, makeup classes or no show lessons cannot be granted due to limited instructor and cage availability. Please contact our front desk via email (frontdesk@familydreamcenter.com) and they can do their best to help book your next visit.

WHEN CAN I BOOK IN TO A CLASS?

Class space is limited and if there is an open spot, you may book in to that class 1 hour before the class time begins.

I AM INTERESTED IN CLASSES, BUT I CANNOT MAKE ALL THE SESSIONS, DO YOU OFF DROP-IN RATES?

Yes, DREAM Team Sports Center offers a drop-in class package for only $30. Please click HERE to purchase.

WHEN CAN I CANCEL A CLASS?

Clients may cancel classes up to 6 hours before the class starts.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE MUST I BOOK A PRIVATE LESSON?

Clients can book a private lesson up to 6 hours before the lesson time begins.

HOW MUCH NOTICE MUST A CLIENT GIVE TO  DREAM TEAM SPORTS CENTER TO CANCEL A PRIVATE LESSON?

We ask that clients please call DREAM Team Sports Center at (817) 382-9821 six hours before the scheduled private lesson.

I AM A CLASS PASS MEMBER, IF I HAVE UNUSED CLASSES AT THE END OF THE MONTH, DO THEY ROLL OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH?

All class pass members receive 4 classes per month. However, if there are any unused classes remaining on the 30th or 31st, they DO NOT roll over. Starting on the 1st, (pending the client's class pass membership is still active) you will receive 4 new classes to use for that month.

I HAVE AN ALL-STAR CLASS PASS MEMBERSHIP AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL, WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

There is a two-month minimum post enrollment for all services. If you wish to cancel your contract with DREAM, you must complete this form by the 15th of the month in order to not be charged a full month’s tuition or a DREAM Team Baseball package fee, the following month. If you complete the form after the 15th of the month, you will pay the full tuition/package fee of the upcoming month. Upon completion of the cancellation form, you will be charged the following month’s tuition/package (if applicable). We DO NOT accept cancellations via any other method than by completing this form.

I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE PROGRAM I SIGNED UP FOR. CAN I GET A REFUND?

DREAM Team Baseball does not offer refunds if you can no longer attend. We must receive notice that you cannot attend at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time. We would be more than happy to place a credit on the account for the price you paid. The credit can be used on any future classes, camps or training programs. The credit is not valid on lessons or merchandise. For lessons booked with a specific coach, our management will assign a different coach (in order to avoid interruption of the the lesson happening) if for some reason the originally assigned coach cannot coach the lesson.
