We want your time with DREAM to be as easy as possible. Here are our most frequently asked questions.

How do I register my student?

To register please click here and follow the prompts. You will need to create a parent portal and sign the waivers.  You will be able to enroll in classes.

How do I cancel my child's class?

You can find the cancellation policy and view the cancellation form here!

What is my parent portal and how do I access it?

The parent portal is for all things DREAM. The easiest way to access it is through our DREAM app. Once you log in you will see everything your student is enrolled in, your billing statements, the online store, register for next season's classes, email us, and more. If you ever forget the password call our office at 817-225-4144 and we will send you a temporary password.

When is tuition due?

We run autopay on the First of every month during the season. If your card does not process it is up to you to manually go online and pay or call the office at 817-225-4144 to update the card. If the balance is not paid by the 20th of the month your student will not be allowed to participate until it is paid.

Is there a specific dress code for my child?

For our dance dress code please follow this link to see what specifically your dancer needs for classes. 

What are the season dates for the class I am registered in?

When you register for your class you will see the dates for the season next to the class name. If you are already registered, click on the class and it will show you the details for that class.

How do I find the details for the recital day?

Do you offer competitive dance?

We do offer competitive dance at Dream. Dream offers competitive dance for ages 4-18 years old in a variety of dance styles. Most competitive dancers train for 2 nights a week but we also have a Drill team Company that is required to come only one night a week. You can find the full competitive dance details here!

Do you offer private lessons?

Our instructors offer private lessons for our competition dancers, recreational dancers, and some outside clients. If you are interested in booking a private lesson to learn a wedding dance or a specialized private lesson contact the office at  info@familydreamcenter.com.
