How to Get Started

Studio Owners & Administrators

  1. If you previously used the Studio Pro Studio Owner App, simply update it to the new Studio Pro Studio Manager App.
  2. If you do not currently have the app, download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  3. Log in using your Studio Pro credentials.

Teachers

Before teachers can access the app, a password must be created for them within Studio Pro.

Once their password has been set up:

  1. Download the Studio Pro Studio Manager App.
  2. Log in using their email address and password.
  3. Access attendance, Class Manager, Time Clock, and other teacher tools directly from the app.

Accessing the Class Manager

Once downloaded and installed, teachers can log into the Studio Pro Studio Manager App using their email address and password.

After logging in, they can access the Class Manager directly from the app.

Mobile Time Clock Setup

Teachers have two ways to log and track their hours:

Option 1: Access Link

  • A link is sent via email or text message.
  • Opens the teacher's personal Mobile Time Clock page.
  • No login or password required.
  • Works on iPhone, iPad, Android devices, and any web browser.

Option 2: Studio Pro Manager App

If the teacher already has a Studio Pro login and password, they can access the same Mobile Time Clock feature directly through the Studio Pro Manager App.

What is the Class Manager?

The Class Manager is a complete classroom management tool designed specifically for teachers.

It allows teachers and staff to utilize the power of Studio Pro without needing access to the main administrative system. It also protects sensitive information by limiting access to private data such as tuition and billing details.

The interface is simple, intuitive, and can be accessed from:

  • Smartphones
  • Tablets
  • PCs
  • Macs

Taking Attendance in the Class Manager

The Class Manager allows teachers and administrators to manage classroom attendance from one convenient location.

It can be accessed through the Magic Menu or directly through the Studio Pro Manager App.

Teachers can:

  • Take attendance
  • View class rosters
  • Manage classroom activities

Viewing & Editing Past Attendance

Teachers can now view and edit attendance for previous class dates.

To do this:

  1. Open the Class Manager.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Choose the desired date.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Select the class.
  6. View and update attendance for that date.

Uploading Student Photos

Teachers can upload or update student photos directly from the Class Manager.

To Add a Photo:

  • Look for the camera icon next to students who do not yet have a photo.
  • Click or tap the camera icon to upload a picture.

To Update an Existing Photo:

  • Click or tap the student's current picture.

On mobile devices, selecting Choose File will provide options to:

  • Take a Photo
  • Select from Photo Library
  • Choose an Existing File

Teachers can take a photo on the spot or upload one already saved on their device.

Viewing Student Notes

Important student notes now appear directly on the Attendance Screen within the Class Manager, allowing teachers quick access to important information while teaching class.

IF A STUDENT IS INJURED DURING CLASS: THERE IS A QR CODE IN EACH STUDIO BY THE DOOR. THIS MUST BE FILLED OUT EVERYTIME THERE IS AN INJURY!
