Arden Hamilton

I was gymnast for 10 years and I am currently on my 3rd year on the MHS varsity cheerleading team. I’m looking forward to sharing my passion for these sports with the students at Dream!

I bring over a decade of athletic experience to the Dream! cheerleading program, having spent the first 10 years of my competitive career as a gymnast, where I developed strong core strength, agility, and performance skills. Transitioning into high school, I joined the MHS varsity cheerleading team in my third year, where I’ve been fully immersed in the discipline, teamwork, and energy that define the sport.

My gymnastics background has given me a deep understanding of body control, precision, and the physical demands of performance sports, which I now apply to cheerleading stunts, tumbling, and overall team readiness. Over the past three years, I’ve competed in multiple seasons, trained year-round, and contributed to both on-field and on-stage performances, learning the balance between athleticism, safety, and showmanship.

I’m excited to share my passion for cheerleading and sports with the Dream! students, helping them build confidence, teamwork, and the skills needed to shine in competitions and school spirit events. Whether it’s leading cheers, mastering stunts, or energizing the crowd, I aim to inspire and support the next generation of cheerleaders.
