- Fusionetics (30 mins) functional movement: single leg squats, double leg squats, lunges, trunk movements-strengths & weaknesses from a functional movement standpoints (focus: strength)
- Broad Jump (30 mins) (focus: power & balance)
- Pop Can Time for Home to 1B (30 mins) (focus: speed & agility)
- 60 yd dash (30 mins) (focus: speed)
10:30am-11:30am: Baseball Skills
- Fielding Skills Work
- Base-running Mechanics
- Running Speed Training
